The S'mores cookie is a delicious fusion of the classic campfire treat and a soft, chewy cookie.

A cookie sits on an entire gramcracker, is loaded with 3 different types of chocolate chips, and has handfuls od gooey mini marshmallows infused into the dough. The marshmallows are toasted and melt slightly, creating sticky, caramelized pockets, while the chocolate turns melty and rich.
